Tim Cohen

Managing Partner

One of Tim's first memories is walking around the historic neighborhoods of Richmond, Virginia-- his hometown--looking at all of the beautiful homes. A serial renovator, Tim "flipped" his first home 30 years ago and hasn't stopped since that time. Tim believes that every home deserves it's own unique--or bespoke--design and treats each house as if it were his own down to the last detail. He lives in Highland Park with his wife, Linsey, children Rae and Jarrod, his favorite furry friend Millie, and his own green dog in the front yard.

Adelle Drake

Photographer and Social Media Manager

Adelle Drake is a junior at HPHS. Her passion for photography began very early on and has been prevalent in her life ever since. She learned to integrate her photo and design skills into her love for business marketing and management by co-founding her own business, The Dealing Deck. Adelle also continues to document adventures with friends and family through photography.
